Please read these Booking Terms and Conditions carefully before scheduling an appointment with Seoul Clinic ("we", "us", or "our").

By booking an appointment via our website (www.seoulclinic.uk) or directly with the clinic, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

Booking & Consultation Fee

• To secure an appointment at Seoul Clinic, a £30 booking and consultation fee is required at the time of booking.

• If you proceed with a treatment on the same day or as part of an agreed treatment plan following your consultation, this £30 fee is fully redeemable and will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.

• If you choose not to proceed with any treatment after your consultation, or if our practitioner determines that treatment is not clinically appropriate for you, the £30 fee will cover the practitioner's time and professional assessment and will not be refunded.

  Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

• We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• If you cancel or reschedule with more than 48 hours' notice, your £30 booking fee can be transferred to a new appointment date or refunded in full upon request.

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours' notice, as well as failure to attend a scheduled appointment ("no-show"), will result in the forfeiture of the £30 booking fee. A new booking fee will be required to secure any future appointment.

  Late Arrivals

• Please aim to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not have sufficient time to safely perform your consultation or treatment. In such cases, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation, resulting in the forfeiture of your £30 booking fee.

  Age Restrictions

• All consultations and treatments at Seoul Clinic are strictly restricted to individuals aged 18 and over.

• We operate a strict age verification policy. You may be required to present a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a passport or driving licence) upon arrival. If you are unable to verify your age, your appointment will be cancelled and your booking fee will not be refunded.

• For the safety and comfort of all patients, we kindly ask that you do not bring children or infants into the treatment rooms.

  Medical Suitability & Practitioner Discretion

• All treatments are subject to a thorough medical consultation and assessment prior to the procedure.

• Please ensure you disclose your full medical history, including any allergies, medications, pregnancy, breastfeeding, or previous aesthetic procedures.

• Our practitioners reserve the absolute right to decline or postpone any treatment if they believe it is unsafe, clinically unsuitable, or not in your best interest.

• While we endeavour to accommodate requests for a specific practitioner, we cannot guarantee practitioner assignment, and your appointment may be transferred to another qualified clinician if necessary.

  Treatment Results, Packages & Refunds

• Aesthetic and skin treatments vary from person to person depending on individual biology, skin condition, and lifestyle factors. While we strive to achieve the best possible outcome, specific results cannot be guaranteed.

• Certain procedures (such as anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, radiofrequency treatments like XERF, or skin boosters) may involve temporary side effects such as redness, swelling, bruising, or sensitivity, which will be explained during your consultation.

• Fees paid for completed treatments are non-refundable, as they cover the clinical service, time, and products utilised.

• Prepaid treatment courses or packages are non-refundable and non-transferable once commenced, and must be used within 12 months of the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

  Payments

• Online booking fees are processed securely via Stripe. In-clinic payments for treatments can be made via major credit/debit cards processed through SumUp.
